Best of Newspaper Design

2003-2004 was the Society for News Design's 25th Anniversary.

Since we began, we have tried to improve newspapers through showcasing the best of newspaper design from our annual competition. The first year we had 2,400 entries, five judges and 326 awards. In 2003, we had 12,760 entries, 26 judges and 1,241 awards. To see how the contest has grown since then, and who has participated, see recent winners.

Thanks to all of you!
